Vegetarian and Vegan Gourmet Weekends

We’re always very booked up in summer, so the quiet winter season is a great opportunity to offer vegetarian and vegan gourmet weekends.  Our programme is listed below, but typically what we offer is two nights accommodation with gourmet evening meals both nights and something really special for breakfast each morning.  It’s a time of the year we really look forward to because it allows Natalie to stretch her wings creatively and create really sumptuous food, always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in vegetarian and vegan cooking.

Weekends are always a great time to be here.  On our doorstep and sprawling across the medieval centre is our wonderful Sunday market; one of the best in the region.  There are lots of outdoor activities, especially walking, cycling and climbing, but if you’re feeling less energetic, there’s the town itself to admire, arts to engage with and various activities centred around wellbeing.  In fact we can often put together activity holidays based around your interests

As a small family run business we take pride in being flexible.  If your dietary requirements aren’t listed, we may be able to help.  We’re especially experienced with gluten intolerance.  If our dates don’t suit, get in touch and we’ll figure something out.  Le Cheval Blanc is especially suitable for group bookings, so let us know if you’d like to have exclusive use of the whole place for your group.

We’re getting the builders in this winter to re-model our kitchen.  When that’s done we’ll be running vegan and vegetarian cookery workshops.  When that’s done, events will be listed here, but as always we’re open to suggestions; let us know if you’d like us to run anything for you.
