A Taste of the Mediterranean

Mediterranean food is all about fresh citrusy flavours and herbs.  In this day long course you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch and leave with leftovers.

 

 

You’ll learn how to make:
– your own Gnocchi with a vegan creamy sauce.
– stuffed vine leaves & Tzatziki
-Arancini (Rissoto balls)
-Spanakopita (Spinach Filo Pie – and yes you can veganise this, it’s amazing!)
-Focaccia

This course can easily be adapted to suit those preferring vegan options, please let me know your preference when booking.
