Vegan streetfood has become incredibly popular and with good reason. It means you can have indulgent vegan food with all the streetfood flavours you love but with far fewer of the health issues.
In this session we’ll make curly fries, pulled jackfruit, my legendary mushroom & chickpea burger, Aioli (garlic mayonnaise), buffalo cauliflower wings and a variety of dips. You’ll also learn how to make vegan ice-cream for dessert with a chocolate pouring sauce.
Of course lunch, consisting mostly of the yummy food we’ve made is included.

Workshops include all ingredients, use of an apron and recipe cards. Some workshops can be adapted to accommodate food allergies such as gluten so get in touch to discuss your needs.
If the dates or times don’t suit you get in touch, if there is enough interest I can run workshops at other times. I can also run custom workshops for groups of 4 or more people.
