Our advanced vegan cookery course is the highest level programme we offer. It’s for you if you’re already a great home cook or professional but want to up your vegan game. You’ll leave a more sophisticated, creative cook who can create their own recipes and is able to wow with restaurant quality food presented to the highest standards. If you’re a professional looking to develop a vegan menu, you’ll leave with the knowledge and skills you’ll need.

This advanced vegan cookery course is quite intensive but is also a fun and sociable experience. It will provide you with more than recipes, you’ll also get a toolkit of techniques, tricks and theory which will enable you to make nutritionally balanced, visually stunning and delicious vegan dishes.  By the end of the course you will:

  • Be able to use vegan ingredients such as aquafaba and umeboshi.
  • Understand the principles and science behind flavour and flavour combinations
  • Know how to replace eggs and dairy particularly in vegan patisserie.

  • Understand what ingredients need to be in your vegan storecupboard
  • Understand the specific challenges of making vegan food filling and satisfying
  • Be able to create beautiful dishes impeccably presented

Any Questions?

If you need more information, want something bespoke or would like to do this course on a different date, please get in touch! If you want to extend your stay before or after the course, you’re welcome to do so if we have rooms available. There’s a lot to see in and around St Antonin; it would be a shame to miss it! The area is especially good for cycling.
