By the end of this 4 day, 5 night cooking holiday you will:

have a toolkit of ideas and techniques to create your own dishes and veganize old favourites.

be able to wow your guests, including omnivores
understand nutrition
satisfy those cheese cravings!
not feel hungry all the time!
All of this means that by the end of the course you’ll be a confident, inspired vegan cook, unafraid to experiment or try new ideas.
The detail of what we cover depends on what’s good in the market that week but you’ll make 6-8 dishes per day including:
Making Tofu tasty
Delicious and indulgent desserts
Street food favourites including burgers, falafel, bhajis and flat breads
Techniques for getting the best from vegetables including braising, searing and baking
Making your own sauces and condiments from scratch such as mayonnaise and gravy
Vegan cheeses
Decadent vegan snacks

Our village, St Antonin Noble Val is a great place to spend time, especially if you’re into outdoor activities. Many of our guests extend their stay so that they can explore the region. We’re happy to do that when we have rooms available.
