Dairy substitutes are important whether you’re vegan, lactose intolerant or just want to reduce your dairy intake. Buying plant based cheese and egg substitutes can be expensive and often they’re just not very nice. In this class I’ll show you how to make a plant based butter from scratch, homemade plant milk and yogurt. I’ll also show you how to make a selection of different cheeses, including fermented cheese, using a variety of different nuts or tofu as the base, all without any nasty chemicals.
