In my Indian Streetfood class I will have you whipping up some of India’s most delicious dishes.
Come along to my Indian Streetfood class and we’ll make some of your favourite take away dishes . In this class I will show you techniques to get the most out of your spices and you’ll learn how to make your spice blends.
We’ll make onion bhajis, pakoras and Samosas (making our own pastry) and the accompanying dips. We’ll also make paneer (an Indian Kurd cheese), dhal, a vegetable curry and naan bread. We will break for lunch; eating the food we’ve made together and at the end of the class they’ll be plenty to take home with you.
Workshops will include all ingredients and recipe cards, with an apron provided. Some workshops can be adapted to accommodate food allergies such as gluten so get in touch to discuss your needs.
If the dates or times don’t suit you get in touch, if there is enough interest I can run workshops at other times. I can also run custom workshops for groups of 4 or more people.
