This intensive 4 day course will teach you how to create traditional French pastries without eggs, butter, or cream, preserving the intricate flavors and textures that define true patisserie. This is quite a technical course, so we limit group size to just 4 so you’re sure to get as much personal attention as you need.
This course is designed for experienced home bakers and culinary professionals. You’ll dive into advanced pastry-making techniques suited to those looking to push their plant-based skills to a professional level.

Two of our rooms accommodate two people and we also have a suite, Capucine, that can accommodate four. To book for more than one person, first choose the room you want to stay in then add additional people to your room.
