Terms & Conditions

Courses must be paid for at the time of booking.  Your place is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

All our courses are vegan.  If you have any other dietary requirements, allergies or are pregnant, you must make us aware of this before you book.  We cannot accept customers with nut allergies.

Our courses take place in either English and/or French according to the needs of the participants. No other languages are available.

If you need to cancel for whatever reason, we offer a 90% refund up to and including 182 days before the course commences.  We will offer the same refund if we can sell your place to someone else after the 182 day limit. If you have booked for more than one person and we are not able to sell all the spaces, the refund will be pro-rata. You are welcome to send someone else in your place.  Just let us know the name of your replacement.  There is no charge for this. We strongly suggest you take out travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any unforseen events which prevent you from attending as we cannot be held responsible for events outside our control.

If you book a place on one of our courses we guarantee to run it. There is no minimum number of bookings required before the course runs.

If we are obliged to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control for events such as power failure or extreme weather, we will offer a full refund or free transfer to another course.

We reserve the right to change the content of the courses due to non-availability of ingredients.  We use as much fresh, seasonal produce as possible which can be unpredictable.  These changes, when they occur are usually minor.

If you wish to take photographs or film during the class, ensure that only you and your own work is visible and that you wash your hands afterwards.

If you arrive late for the class we reserve the right to refuse entry because of the disruption it causes.  We always start with a drink and a chat to allow some leeway.

If you are unsure about aspects of the courses we offer, please ask before you book.

If you’re staying with us and want to change your room or share with additional people, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

No dogs or other companion animals are permitted on our premises except guide dogs.
