Vegan Culinary School

Vegan cookery can be quite daunting with new ingredients and techniques to learn.  Whether you’re a new vegan, an old hand needing new ideas, or just someone who wants to eat in new ways, our vegan cookery school has got you covered.  We are passionate about food and Natalie, our chef, will share that with you.  She’s especially good at flavour combinations but can also show you how to make meals truly satisfying. Her aim is to inspire, to give you the confidence to cook plant based meals to wow your family and friends. Our vegan cookery school is based at our 16th century auberge in the heart of one of France’s most beautiful villages.

We offer residential courses for those looking for a culinary vacation or day workshops for those living or staying nearby. We’re also developing online courses at our sister site, The Indulgent Vegan

If you’re running a restaurant, cafe, guest house, or other catering business our advanced courses will help you develop meals and menus your customers will love.
