Stuck for ideas about what to make for a vegan relative at Christmas? Want to make Christmas a little healthier? This session will give you everything you need to make a delicious vegan Christmas dinner, or simply to add a few new dishes to your repertoire.
We’ll cover ‘centre stage’ dishes such as chestnut and butter bean pie. Side dishes will include potato gratin and citrus roasted carrots. No Christmas dinner would be complete without the humble Brussel Sprout; you’re going to love my sprout, mint, pomegranate and zatar recipe! I’ll then show you how to make the all-important vegan gravy. We’ll also make some desserts which will include individual black forest trifles.
