We’ll make each course together and I’ll show you how to present dishes that not only look beautiful but are delicious too. We’ll cover sumptuous sauces, indulgent desserts and beautiful garnishes.
The content of this course will vary depending on the season and availability of ingredients so in the winter expect squashes, winter greens and pear. You’ll leave this class being able to make vegan fine dining dishes that will impress. You’ll learn how to create and combine bold vegan flavours.
